Your content
What you put into the app stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Using it fairly
Don't use the app to break the law or NCAA rules, to harass anyone, or to send unwanted mass email to coaches. Don't try to get into other people's accounts, interfere with the service, or copy its data about college programs in bulk.
About the information we show
Rosters, commitments, coaching staffs, depth estimates and recruiting calendars come from public sources and our own estimates. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use them as a guide and confirm anything important with the school or the NCAA. Two-Way Recruit is not affiliated with the NCAA or any college, and it does not guarantee any recruiting result.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Two-Way Recruit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any recruiting outcome, arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes before they take effect.
